Claire is an accomplished Physiotherapist from Ireland who is enthusiastic about injury rehabilitation and prevention. She qualified with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation which included a placement in New York working with American Football, Lacross and Baseball Athletes. 

With a Masters Hons degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Essex, she has gained comprehensive training in ICU, Paediatrics, Trauma and Orthopaedics, and Neurology. Claire’s is an experienced qualified Pilates instructor proficient in teaching all levels.

Claire has special interests in musculoskeletal injuries, back and neck pain, sports injuries and post operative orthopaedic management. 

Outside of work, Claire finds joy in Running, Swimming, and Gaelic Games.
