Gráinne graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010 with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy. After returning to Ireland she worked in private practices for a number of years where she gained extensive knowledge in musculoskeletal injuries, workplace injuries, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
She has had extensive post-graduate training in soft tissue techniques, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation. Gráinne is also an ASCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and has worked as team physiotherapist for numerous Gaelic football teams in Ireland.
Since coming to Australia in 2015 she has worked in private clinics in Sydney and as physiotherapist for local rugby teams. She is enthusiastic about not only treating your injury but addressing other factors to get you back to your level of function.
Gráinne enjoys playing Gaelic football and hurling in her spare time.
