Len is a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist as recognized by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Len graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. He then joined the world renowned Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, where he worked for over three years. During his time there, Len worked within the post operative and performance rehabilitation departments and was heavily involved in research and development alongside having a clinical caseload. Len moved to Australia in 2016 to gain further clinical experience and also undertake further postgraduate study.
In 2018, he graduated with a clinical distinction in Masters of Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland. During his time in Queensland, Len worked in private practice in a leading hip specialist clinic. He gained great exposure in assessment and treatment of a wide variety of complex and chronic conditions. Over the past few years, he also has gained considerable exposure in treating sports and running related injuries. He has a keen interest in strength and conditioning and believes in the importance of exercise in prevention and treatment of injury. Len is also certified in Dry Needling.
Outside of the clinic, Len has a keen interest in Gaelic Games, Soccer and Rugby. Having just moved to Sydney, Len is embracing the lifestyle and the beaches Sydney has to offer!
