Eimear graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She began her career working in a well renowned clinic in Dublin. During this time she developed extensive manual Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates proficiency, working with people of all ages and a myriad of injuries and movement dysfunctions.
Eimear has treated a wide variety of patient groups in many clinical settings including private practice, hospitals, paediatric intensive care units and sporting teams. She has gained invaluable experience in these settings and is deeply passionate about health promotion through lifestyle adaptations.
Eimear has a keen interest in Mat and Reformer Pilates and has completed her training with APPI and Platinum Pilates. Eimear combines her training and love for Pilates by applying these skills to get the best results for her patients.
Having previously represented the Leinster Hockey Team, Eimear has a passion for physical activity and has a thorough knowledge of injury management and rehabilitation. She’s understands the importance of exercise to promote recovery and for overall well-being. Outside the clinic, Eimear enjoys a varied exercise regime consisting of exercise classes, running, strength & conditioning workouts and Reformer Pilates.
